As one of the nation’s most decorated with 138 Olympic medals, it is routinely one of the first sporting events to sell out at the Olympic Games and among the top four most-watched sports during the Summer Games.

Diving can change and save lives. Aquatics sports are the only sports that also provide a life-saving skill. Diving instills confidence, focus, and discipline in its athletes which are carried with them off the pool deck and into the real world.

DiveRVA wants to be a catalyst to change the face of diving in the U.S. The first step to that is creating awareness, exposure, and access.

DiveRVA is driven by a single goal; to build inclusive and successful diving programs to promote fitness and character development through competitive and recreational springboard and platform diving in the Richmond area, and advocate for other communities in the U.S. to do the same.
